On November 9, 2016 attorney Vince Nardone spoke at The Ohio State University College of
Dentistry, and spoke specifically to the Dental Entrepreneur Society (DES) regarding future employment. Vince focused the presentation and discussion on the practical issues of negotiating an employment relationship with a future dental practice employer. Vince spoke about the importance of recognizing the value that associates bring to the practice as well as specific negotiated legal terms, such as: (i) term of agreement; (ii) compensation; (iii) termination; exit strategy, including non-compete and non-solicitation provisions. The presentation went very well, and Nardone Limited would like to thank DES and a special thanks to DES officer Natalie Massa for all her help in planning.
