Vince Nardone had the opportunity to visit students from the West Virginia University School of dentistry on the evening of November 3, 2015. He gave an in depth presentation regarding “Employment Contracts from an Associate’s Perspective,” with emphasis on the term of the contract, the compensation structure, and the overall exit strategy. It is important for all dentists, not only dental students, to be extremely familiar with every aspect of their employment contract to ensure a good fit and a long-lasting relationship. We would like to thank those students that attended Vince’s presentation and everyone who helped to plan the event.
