Vince Nardone Discusses Associate Contracts at Rider + Reinke Financial Group’s “Financial Lightning Round for Graduate Students”

On April 30, 2018, attorney Vince Nardone spoke at the Rider + Reinke Financial Group’s “Financial Lightning Round for Graduate Students”.  The graduate students were mainly optometry and veterinary students.  Vince spoke about the importance of employment agreements and recognizing the value that associates bring to the practice as well as specific negotiated legal terms, such as: (i) term of agreement; (ii) compensation; (iii) termination; exit strategy, including non-compete and non-solicitation provisions.

Rider + Reinke Financial Group is a comprehensive financial services firm committed to helping their clients improve their long-term financial success.  J.D. Archer, certified financial planner, coordinated this event to fourth-year optometry and veterinary students, who will graduate from The Ohio State University this Saturday, May 6th.  J.D. provided some great information to both the optometry and veterinary students.  This was a great opportunity for the students to learn, as well as ask questions, about their financial future and upcoming employment agreements that will need to be reviewed and signed off on. The event went very well, and Nardone Limited would like to thank J.D. Archer for the opportunity.
