We are excited to announce an important change at Nardone Law Group, LLC. As of March 1, 2016, Nardone Law Group will be known as Nardone Limited. The name change is a result of an extensive rebranding effort designed to reflect the Firm’s transformation through continued growth and success. Since we were founded in 2008, our services and overall business strategy have undergone significant change.

As a boutique firm, we continue to develop and nurture our capabilities and expertise, while  adapting with the ever-changing business climate and global community that we are fortunate to be  a part of. We recognize and acknowledge the importance of “old school” zealous legal representation, which we will always provide. But, we also acknowledge and fulfill the need for continued guidance and expertise in certain interconnected fields. These fields include: (i) tax planning; (ii) retirement/succession planning; (iii) HR and employment consultation; (iv) financial workouts; and (v) business restructuring and M&A transactions. Thus, the idea of and reference to “Law Group” did not properly depict the services our legal and business professionals frequently provide to our diverse client base.

We reached this rebranding decision in recognition of this guidance and advice that we provide to our clients. While focusing on minimizing liability and increasing value through proper legal planning remains important, the interconnected fields, and the advice we provide in those fields, is equally important. We want to ensure that every aspect of your individual and business needs is properly represented, and we want to ensure that our Firm name is consistent with the representation that we provide. Thus, we ask that you please join us in welcoming Nardone Limited.
