Christopher Tackett is a litigation and business dispute attorney. Mr. Tackett represents individuals and businesses in a variety of disputes, including employment, contract, tax, and financial workouts. Mr. Tackett prides himself in zealously and aggressively representing Nardone Limited’s clients, while ensuring a cost effective resolution that minimizes the impact of the controversy on our clients’ business or personal affairs. Mr. Tackett practices in such a way that reminds our firm of the West African proverb, made famous by President Theodore Roosevelt, “Speak softly and carry a big stick; you will go far,” i.e., the exercise of intelligent forethought and decisive action.
Previously, Mr. Tackett served two terms as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Mark S. O’Connor of the Logan County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas, and served as an extern to the Region 9, United States Trustees program. And, during law school, Mr. Tackett was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for high achievement in the study of Legal Remedies, and was actively involved in Moot Court, as a competitor on the Jerome Prince National Appellate Advocacy Competition team.
